FU to the TURE

Its 9:30am on a Tuesday morning, Dexter, my robot servant opens the blinds of my newly equipped F175 3000 Hover Craft Dorm room near the Southlake Village residents. Unlike most freshman here, I have my own room which comes with a deluxe S5000 shower with sauna, deluxe 8520 king size bed with double padding and a full size working kitchen with service 24/7. As Dexter wakes me up and takes me to the bathroom to shower, brush my teeth and pee and picks out my clothes I’m going to wear; he is also preparing my usual for breakfast, which consists of the FGCU waffles and hash browns.
Getting up for class is extremely tedious; it consists of turning the TV on to channel 573 and watching your professor talk to you, but some days there is no need to wake up and watch the TV… you just Tivo the lesson for the day and sleep in or just enjoy the day.

  1. Wow. I love your blog. Thirty years from now seems like forever, but it’ll be here soon. I think you explained 30 years from now very creatively. I like how you said we would watch our professors on TV or just simply Tivo them if we don’t feel like attending class that day. I’m pretty sure I would get behind on all my work, if I wasn’t made to go to class by absences and such. However, I love the idea of robots. Life is going to be great.
